Elite Lacrosse Refund Policy
Charleston Elite Lacrosse has established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all participants:
- No Refunds After Program Start
Once a program (including clinics, teams, camps, or training sessions) has begun, no refunds will be issued except under the limited circumstances outlined below.
- Exceptions – Medical or Emergency Withdrawal
A refund or prorated credit may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- Injury or illness that prevents continued participation (must be supported by documentation from a licensed medical provider).
- Serious family emergency or relocation (subject to review and approval by the Club Director).
Requests for exception must be submitted in writing to info@charlestonelitelacrosse.com with supporting documentation.
- Withdrawals Prior to Program Start
Refund requests made before the program begins MAY be honored minus:
- A $25 administrative fee
- Any unrecoverable costs already incurred by Charleston Elite Lacrosse, including but not limited to uniforms, custom apparel, equipment orders, or tournament registrations.
If uniforms or other gear have been ordered on the participant’s behalf, the value of those items will be deducted from any refund and the items will be delivered to the participant.
- Credit Toward Future Programming
In some cases, a credit may be issued instead of a refund. This is granted at the discretion of the Club Director and is non-transferable and subject to expiration.
- No Refunds for Missed Sessions
Charleston Elite Lacrosse does not issue refunds or credits for missed practices, games, or sessions due to scheduling conflicts, personal travel, weather conditions, or other personal matters.
