Coaches

Rodger is a native of Coronado, CA where he grew up playing for Coronado High School and the San Diego Lax Dawgs. In High School, he was selected as an Adrenaline Lacrosse West Coast High Roller. After High School, Rodger served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 5 years only to return back to the game of lacrosse in college and was named the team captain for MCLA - D1, Texas State University Men’s Lacrosse, where he played defense and long stick midfield. After graduating from Texas State, Rodger went on to serve as an Officer in the Air Force for 4 years, and now lives in Charleston continuing to serve the military community in corporate America. Throughout his career, on top of his military duties, he has held assistant and head coaching jobs at the high school, middle school, and youth lacrosse levels; most notably he led a San Diego Middle School team to an Adrenaline Youth Lacrosse San Diego City Championship.
